Event Period

The event starts at 21:00 PM(ET) on Mar 18, 2023, and ends at 21:59 PM (ET) on Dec 31, 2023 (the "Event Period").

Eligibility

This event is available only to persons who, during the Event Period, use the exclusive Henry promotional event link to open an account at Moomoo US.

Summary

After completing tasks, new clients are eligible for the corresponding rewards, including free stocks and real-time market data. The exclusive rewards of the Henry promotional event will not be stacked with other welcome rewards in the same period.

#Please note that after opening an account, clients who deposit S$1,800/$1,300/HK$10,000 for the first time will receive a free share of Amazon (AMZN). The free stock will be frozen and automatically issued to your account within three working days. Within 30 days after the stock arrival date, you shall maintain a daily asset of S$1,800/$1,300/HK$10,000 in your account. (Note: Your daily assets, including cash, stocks, and other assets, should be ≥ S$1,800 for the 30 days.) Due to stock price fluctuation, the total asset is allowed to be 20% less than what is required, which is S$1,440/$1,040/HK$8,000. After the above requirements are met, the free stock will be unfrozen and automatically added to the account positions within five working days after the 30-day holding period. If you do not meet the requirements within 30 days, the stock will be removed from your Moomoo US universal account within the next seven business days. 1. How can I participate in the Henry exclusive promotional event?

1) You can sign up for an account on Moomoo through the Henry exclusive link and open a Moomoo US universal account. After opening an account, you will receive one free share of Tencent Music (TME).
2) After your first deposit of S$1,800/$1,300/HK$10,000 or above into your Moomoo US universal account, you will receive one free share of Amazon (AMZN).
3) Please note that by participating in the Henry exclusive promotional event, you agree to give up other welcome rewards.

2. How can I receive the free stocks?

1) Within three working days after the account opening process is completed, one free share of Tencent Music (TME) will be automatically issued to your Moomoo US universal account.
2) Within three working days after your first deposit of S$1,800, one free share of Amazon (AMZN) will be automatically issued to your account, but it will be frozen.
After the stock is issued, new clients must maintain a daily asset of S$1,800 within 30 days to claim the free stock. Asset types include cash, stock positions, etc.
Due to stock price fluctuation, the total asset is allowed to be 20% less than what is required, which is S$1,440/$1,040/HK$8,000. The free stocks will be activated 30 days after you meet the requirements and be unfrozen within five working days after the 30-day holding period.
Each user and each device, whether it is a mobile phone or a computer, can only receive one sign-up/sign-in reward, one account-opening reward, and one first-deposit reward.

3. Can the rewards be stacked with other welcome rewards in the same period?

The exclusive rewards of the Henry promotional event will not be stacked with other welcome rewards in the same period.

4. Can I deposit an equivalent amount in another currency?

Yes. You can deposit S$1,800/$1,300/HK$10,000 into your Moomoo US universal account.

5. How can I check my rewards?

You can download the Moomoo app from the App Store or Google Play and log in to check your rewards.

Real-Time Market Data After opening a Moomoo US universal account, you will receive free real-time US level 2
Free Stocks The free stocks will be automatically issued to your Moomoo US universal account within three working days after the task is completed, but will remain frozen. After the requirements are met, the stocks will be unfrozen within five working days. The free stocks will only be assigned to clients with a valid Moomoo US universal account in their names.

6. After depositing S$1,800/$1,300/HK$10,000 into my account, can I use it to start trading? Will my free shares be unfrozen after 30 days?

As long as you maintain a daily asset of S$1,800/$1,300/HK$10,000, you can start continue to trade stocks and other financial products on the Moomoo app. Due to stock price fluctuation, the total asset is allowed to be 20% less than what is required, which is S$1,440/$1,040/HK$8,000. After meeting the above conditions for 30 days, the free stock will be unfrozen. Within five working days after that, it will be automatically added to your account positions.

1. This promotion is offered by Moomoo Technologies Inc. The Moomoo App is an app that offers access to licensed brokerages. 2. All amounts in the rules for this promotion are in U.S. dollars. Cash prizes will be credited to winners’ brokerage account.

3. Participants are solely responsible for all taxes on winnings. Customers of Moomoo Financial Inc. will receive a Form 1099 at the end of the year reporting the value of prizes Moomoo Financial Inc. or Moomoo Technologies Inc. may be required to withhold U.S. federal income for certain individuals under certain circumstances. Please consult your tax advisor for more information applicable to your individual tax circumstances.

4. Each user is limited to using one account, one mobile phone number, and one device to participate in promotions. Abnormal behavior (including but not limited to using mobile phone device emulators and artificially modifying mobile phone device numbers) may automatically disqualify or suspend users’ eligibility for participating in the promotion.

5. Moomoo Technologies Inc. has the sole right to interpret the promotion rules. By participating in the promotion, you agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Moomoo Technologies Inc., such decisions which are final and binding in all respects.
