How to update my information

Modify contact information, e.g. phone number or email

Here is how to modify your contact information in app -

● Go to「Me」

● Click 「Settings」

● Click 「Account and Security」

● Select the info and follow the instructions to modify


Modify other application information, e.g. address, Citizenship

Your application information can be modified in app. If the modification of your request requires an approval, it is expected to resolve your request within 1-3 business day upon submission.

Here is how to modify your contact information in app -

● Go to「Trade」

● Click 「Brokerage Account」

● Select any one account under FUTU US, click 「All」

● Select「Account Information」

● Select the info and follow the instructions to modify
