How to withdraw funds via wire transfer

1. Instructions

To withdraw funds via wire transfer, please follow the steps below:

1.1 In the moomoo app, tap Accounts > All Funcitons > Withdraw > Withdraw via WIRE.

1.2 Select or add a bank account.

1.3 Enter an amount.

Notes:

● You may transfer funds to your own bank account only. Please do not use a joint bank account.

● You may withdraw USD only. If you need to withdraw HKD, please exchange HKD for USD in the moomoo app before initiating a withdrawal request.

● You can transfer your funds to US banks and some foreign banks.

2. Transfer Fees

2.1 For a transfer to a US bank, a $20 fee will be charged by the sending institution.

2.2 For a transfer to a foreign bank, a $25 fee will be charged by the sending institution.

Note:

Wire transfer fees consist of the sending institution fee, the intermediary bank fee (for an international transfer), and the receiving institution fee. Since these fees vary by bank, please make sure to include wire transfer fees in your total transfer amount. For specific fees, please consult your bank.

3. Withdrawal Restrictions

You may not be able to withdraw certain cash for the following reasons:

3.1 Funds deposited via ACH may not be withdrawn for four business days after they arrive in your account.

3.2 Securities sold have not been settled yet.

4. Settlement Time

A withdrawal via wire transfer normally takes about 1-3 business days to land in your bank account, depending on your beneficiary bank.
