How to update my information? - Common Questions

Update contact info, e.g. phone number or email

Please open your app and follow:

● Go to Settings

● Go to Account and Security

● Follow the instructions in the app

Update application form, e.g. address

Please send an email to cs@fututrade.com, including the following info (all required)

● Your moomoo ID/niuniu ID

● Your full name

● The information you want to update

● A clear photo of you holding your ID photos, please make sure the information on the photo can be seen clearly.
