How to Withdraw? - How to Withdraw (ACH)

You can withdraw by ACH without any fees. Only U.S. bank accounts are allowed. please follow the steps

1. Link Your Bank Account

Futu Inc. integrates with Plaid, a company under VISA, to verify and link your bank account. You have two ways to link your bank account.

● Instant Match
Enter your username and password, choose the type of account you would like to link (we suggest a Checking account). Once verified, your account is linked immediately. Some of the banks may require multi-factor authentication, if you can't receive the code, please contact your bank.

● Manual Match
If you can't find your bank in the bank list, you can add it manually. Enter your Account Number and ABA Routine number, you will receive two micro deposit in your bank account within two days. Enter the amounts in the app, your bank account will be verified and linked.

● Futu Inc. does not accept a 3rd-party bank account, so please make sure you have linked Your bank account.

● Futu Inc. does not accept a joint bank account.

2. Initiate a Withdraw

Once you link your bank account, you can submit a withdrawal. Please follow the steps:

1. Submit the withdrawal

2. Futu Inc. will need to complete the account verification process

3. Futu Inc. will initiate the withdrawal from the bank

● If you have 0 available balance, please check the withdrawal restrictions.

● The maximum amount per transaction is $10,000, but you can initiate several transactions.

● It is normally very quick to verify the bank accounts, for some cases, you might be required to upload your ID photos to complete the process.

3. Funds Received in The Bank

Normally it takes about 3 business days to settle.

Time to Settle Sample：

The time of initiating from the bank:  Monday before 17:00 EST

The time to settle: Wednesday before 10:30 EST

The time of initiating from the bank:  Monday after 17:00 EST

The time to settle: Thursday before 10:30 EST
